The kitchen brigade services the following Food & Beverage outlets:
100 seat A la Carte Panorama Restaurant (dinner only)
250 Seat buffet & TDH Alpine Restaurant (breakfast/ lunch & Dinner)
300 seat Sir Edmund Hillary Café & Bar (daytime - café / evening - bar)
Staff dinning breakfast lunch & dinner for up to 200 staff
We operate 365 days of the year however we have seasonal demands that add an extra dynamic to this exciting role.
