Head Chef /Kitchen Consultant Available

New Zealand Head Chef with over 25 years experience both here at home and in Australia and Europe. I have been acting as a Kitchen Consultant/Head Chef for the past 10 of those years in New Zealand and Australia. I am able to evaluate restaurants, cafes and hotels and suggest ways in which to maximise profits, reduce waste, increase productivity while stripping out both kitchen or front of house and start from scratch if required or partial renovations. I am able to assist or automonously redecorate if need be, organise, and establish new procedures, work flow plans, equipment updates(either on a tight budget or larger aquisitions if need be) while adding value to an existing business or by starting a new venture up altogether from drawing on all of the experience and skills I have acquired over the past years on the skills I have learnt. I am a non smoker that loves to grow my own kitchen gardens with a love of seafood, locally produced ingredients while keeping my menus seasonally adjusted and simple to produce but fresh and of a good quality. I enjoy preparing and cooking a range of diverse styles of ethnic cuisines while being a very methodical, clean, and organised professional. My partner is also a duty manager who is looking at getting her General Managers Certification soon, but only once our two week old newborn girl has grown a little bit more and we have settled into a quality position with reliable employers or company.
